orders and downloads
Pocket SFX is sold through Gumroad, so payment, receipts and refunds go through them. Your download link is in the Gumroad receipt email, and in your Gumroad library if you have an account. If something went wrong with an order, write anyway and we'll sort it out.
the app won't open
Windows and macOS warn about new apps from small developers the first time. faq has the clicks for first launch.
reporting a bug
Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus your Windows or macOS version. If the app has a log file, attach it. It's in Documents/Pocket SFX/Logs.
